Brief:

The client needed a packaging solution for supermarket delivery that would protect large-format crisp bags during transport and also allow for immediate shelf placement without the need for unpacking; acting as an SRP. The box had to be easy to open, structurally strong, and visually appealing for point-of-sale display.

Solution:

We designed and supplied a corrugated SRP tailored to fit six large crisp bags securely. Using a robust B-flute board grade for strength and print quality, the box incorporated a perforated tear-away front and top for quick shelf conversion, ensuring minimal handling at store level. The structural design ensured excellent stacking strength during transit and allowed clear front-facing product visibility once opened.

The creation of this versatile SRP reduced time for shelf replenishment by 40% and improved product presentation of shelf, driving greater visibility. Not only this, but the boxes were fully recyclable, aligning with the brand’s sustainability targets.
