The partners of William Colton and Sons trading as Colton Packaging and the directors and shareholders of Colton Packaging (Teesside) Limited have merged the businesses to form Colton Packaging Limited, a new company registered in England no. 6317948.

The purpose of the merger is to modernise and streamline the two businesses to improve efficiency and create a clearer identity in our market.

Antony Wilkinson was appointed to the board of directors and joins Jonathan Colton (Managing), Richard Kent, Gerry Crowe and Neil Rodgers.
